Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and schedules may change. As a small business however, late cancellations and no shows do have an impact on my time and availability.
To ensure fairness to all my guests, I kindly ask for the following:
• 48 hours notice is required for cancellations and reschedules.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a non refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.
Please note that frequent cancellations or repeated rescheduling may affect your ability to prebook future appointments.
